The Game is On.
I just finished my first Olympic distance triathlon,
4 plus hours to complete (approximately) a mile swim, 25 mile bike and 6 mile run. I just realized that 2 weeks ago i set the lofty goal of finishing a 70.3 in less than 6:30. Let's see what does that mean??
Add a little to the swim, 31 miles to the bike and double the run distance. But, do all that in only 2hrs and 15 minutes extra.
I'm pretty good at managing numbers to make them sound/look good, but I can't make that one work.
I defiantly need to improve my overall bike and run speeds.
I most likely could stand to lose 2 or 25 pounds.
I certainly could be spending my time better tonight than eating spice drops and watching Monday Night Football....Why is it that I think I can not do this? Am I scared? Do I not believe in myself? Do I think it's not possible?
