For many months, this spring, my hip really bothered me.
That dull ache...
that's annoying...
but, your're not willing to spend $$$$ on the chiropractor,
or physician of choice.
So finally I bought a Grid Roller.
Fixed me up just fine!
The last couple days, I've had a "wicked"
(thank you time spent in Boston)
pain in my shoulder blade.
Once again, i preferred not to spend my money to have someone tell me to take some time off
or
offer to shoot me up with some, something.
Last night, in desperation I grabbed the dog's Fetch toy
Shoulder, Ball, Wall,
The ache began to subside.
Unfortunately the ache in my shoulder was replaced..
by an ache in my ears, as the dogs complained....
"Hey, I can't play with your Grid Roller, you can't use my Fetch Toy!
