Running Form

Already six weeks into my 2012 training program,
I wanted to get a head start..
Needing to move my longest runs from 4 miles to 13...I started with a run focus, "slow down to get faster" training approach.
It's been a great learning experience. I was able to quickly move my longest run to 10 miles and have upped my weekly running mileage without wiping myself out.
Notice I said quickly move, but not "move quickly"
Forcing myself to run slow was also great way to focus on my form. I needed something to take my mind off how slow I was "running"

Turns out that was a good thing. I realized I run with my head cocked to the right, my right shoulder pulled up to my ear and strangest of all with my right eye shut. Always!
